Dealer Points Program Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
The Aiper Dealer Points Program ("Program") is established exclusively for authorized resellers of Aiper, including dealers through distribution partners, buying groups, and direct dealership channels. Participation in the Program is voluntary and non-exclusive.
Participation in the Program is subject to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which may be updated or amended by Aiper from time to time at Aiper’s sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Program, only active, authorized Aiper dealers in good standing with distribution partners, buying groups, or direct dealership agreements are eligible to participate in the Program. Aiper reserves the right to verify dealer status at any time and disqualify participants who do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. Earning Points
Points are earned based on qualifying purchases, promotions, or activities as communicated by Aiper. The specific rate of points accrual, eligible product categories, and promotional multipliers will be defined in official program announcements.
Points will be credited to the dealer’s portal account once the related purchase order has been processed, shipped through the source channel, and verified by Aiper. Returned, canceled, or unpaid orders will result in point deductions. Points have no cash value and do not constitute property, deferred rebates, or vested rights.
4. Redemption of Points
Points may be redeemed only through the official Aiper Dealer Portal for eligible rewards, which may include products, gifts or other benefits as solely defined by Aiper. Redemption values, available items, and required point balances will be published and updated periodically by Aiper. Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may only be used by the eligible dealer account. Aiper makes no guarantee regarding the availability, quantity, or continued offering of any specific reward item.
5. Points Expiration and Forfeiture
Points will expire after 24 months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in program communications. If a dealer loses authorized status, all unused points will be forfeited immediately. Aiper reserves the right to adjust or revoke points in the case of errors, fraud, or misuse of the Program.
6. Program Management
Dealers can track their points balance and transaction history through the Dealer Portal. Any discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the transaction; otherwise, the record will be deemed final. Aiper’s determination of point balances shall be final and binding.
7. Limitation of Liability
Aiper makes no guarantees regarding the continued availability of rewards or redemption options and Aiper shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from participation in the Program.
8. Reward Item Terms
Dealers may sell reward items received through the Program as commodities, only if the product is explicitly authorized by Aiper for the dealer’s specific channel (distribution, buying group, or direct dealership). Sale or distribution of any other reward products not authorized by Aiper is strictly independent of Aiper and will not be covered by any Aiper programs or claims. Authorized reward products sold by dealers will be treated as standard Aiper products, with the same coverage under applicable programs and warranties. Any unauthorized sale, distribution, or use of reward items shall be at the dealer’s sole risk, and Aiper shall bear no liability arising therefrom.
9. Amendments and Termination
Aiper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at its discretion, with or without prior notice. In the event of termination, any unused points shall automatically expire.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard for the conflicts of laws rules thereof.
