Rebate Terms and Conditions

1. Program Eligibility:

a) Aiper products that have been officially announced with manufacturer rebates through our authorized channels.

b) Orders purchased through Aiper’s authorized channels including distribution partners, buying group dealers or direct dealers are eligible for this program.

2.The rebate amount communicated through any media or marketing materials is provided for reference purposes only. The actual rebate may vary from the amount promoted in the market at the time of issuance. Aiper reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility consistent with applicable law.

3.The rebate is solely offered in the form of an Amazon gift card. Aiper does not provide alternative rebate methods such as cash or refunds. The gift card is valid exclusively on the Amazon site within the country where the purchase was made and is non-transferable to other Amazon sites.

4.Rebate requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Please allow up to 90 days to process and receive your rebate. Please select the correct date of purchase on your receipt.

5.Rebate requests may only be submitted ONLINE. Mailed-in requests, duplicates, incomplete, and improperly completed submissions will NOT be processed.

6.Proof of purchase is required. Handwritten receipts, sales history receipts, barcode labels, or credit card statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Claims that do not comply with the terms of this offer will be rejected as solely determined by Aiper consistent with applicable law.

7.Rebate is not redeemable at the place of purchase. The dealer is not authorized to provide the applicable rebate at the time of sale. Aiper will be the sole and final interpreter of whether any attempted submission complies with the rules and regulations governing this offer.

8.Only one (1) rebate is allowed per Serial Number. Aiper reserves the right to modify or withdraw this rebate promotion at any time and for any reason, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any such changes will not affect rebate claims that have already been submitted and validated prior to the effective date of the modification.

9.This offer is available to pool retail customers only. Big-box retailers, dealers, builders, service professionals and distributors are not eligible for this rebate program.

10.This rebate offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting a rebate request, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that submission does not guarantee rebate approval.
